The objective of the procedure
This procedure aims to provide guidance to whistleblowers on how to report wrongdoing and ensure their identity is protected in accordance with the principles of the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act 711).

Whistleblower protection
The identity of the informant is being kept confidential throughout the investigation. Protection is still provided even if the report is ultimately found to be untrue, as long as it is made in good faith.
KPYPJ fully complies with the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 and any retaliation against whistleblowers is prohibited.
