The strategic goal is to ensure that a culture of integrity is practiced consistently and comprehensively.

Implementation of Integrity Values

Ensuring integrity policies, programs and guidelines are implemented and understood by all employees of KPYPJ and related entities.

Governance Monitoring

Improve the effectiveness of monitoring work processes and internal controls to comply with laws, regulations and the best standards.

Effective Grievance Mechanism

Provide a transparent, confidential and responsive complaint channel to deal with disciplinary misconduct, corruption and non-compliance.

The function of the Integrity Unit includes prevention, detection and follow-up actions to preserve the reputation of KPYPJ.

The Main Role of the Integrity Unit

  1. Strengthening IntegrityEnsure the implementation and institutionalization of the value of integrity in the organization as well as strengthen the practice of good values through prevention and education.
  2. Complaint ManagementReceive, assess and ensure appropriate action is taken against information or complaints of disciplinary misconduct and criminal misconduct (referred to relevant enforcement agencies).
  3. Detection and VerificationDetect and confirm complaints of misconduct or integrity violations, coordinate disciplinary investigations and report criminal cases to the authorities.
  4. GovernanceEnsure the best governance is implemented at Kumpulan Pendidikan YPJ and subsidiaries through continuous monitoring.
