E-Complaint KPYPJ

An official complaint channel to report misconduct, malpractice or non-compliance with integrity in the Kumpulan Pendidikan YPJ ecosystem with a guarantee of whistleblower protection.

Objective

This procedure provides a transparent complaint channel for KPYPJ citizens and related parties (suppliers, vendors, consultants, students, parents, the public) to disclose inappropriate behavior without fear.

Whistleblower protection

The identity of the whistleblower is kept confidential in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act 711). Protection remains provided even if the report is found to be untrue after investigation, as long as it was made in good faith.
